Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Associate. As a Market Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation at the farmer’ market.

Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized market area
- Handle Credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices and provide change to customers

• Must have a valid drivers license and working vehicle.
• Must be able to life 65 LB.
• Morning arrival in Sparta, NJ will require loading your vehicle with coolers, tent, table, tent weights, and other farmers’ market equipment. Once your vehicle is loaded you will then travel to the market location and set up for selling the products. Once the market is over you will travel back to Sparta, NJ to unload your car.
• Take inventory of products accurately.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, inviting, and professional image for the company.
• Learn about, understand, and taste our products.
• Be able to communicate and interact with customers about products and company.
• Be on time, reliable, and organized.

Skills:
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Done unloading - Sparta, NJ: 1:45 pm

Market is open from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Done unloading - Sparta, NJ: 2:10 pm

Market is open from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Shifts: July 14th, 28th and August 11th
